    **- The email component is fairly easy. Must send only 1 file (Pdf) of the screen shoot (GSW Flash or Concert Flash) alongide an image in the text component of email.**
  

  - Make sure the text component is up to date.

  - Make sure the title component is also up to date with right title name of event.

  - DOUBLE CHECK ALL DATES AND EVENT NAME BEFORE SENDING!!!!!

• REVIEW ALL COMPONENTS TO MAKE SURE EACH DOC IS NAMED AND DATED CORRECTLY BEFORE SENDING!

• REVIEW ALL INPUTS WITHIN THE EMAIL COMPONENT X3 TIMES BEFORE SENDING IT!
